Searches and Opinions
Patentability:
If beneficial, a former examiner will perform a thorough prior art search to identify any relevant prior art. They will use a variety of applicable tools and techniques. We will provide a report that helps you understand your likelihood of allowance at the USPTO.
Validity:
A former examiner will review a patent from the standard(s) of validity that would be taken by the USPTO, and will help you decide if something is likely to be held valid if it were challenged. Note, all patents are presumed valid and legally enforceable unless deemed otherwise by the PTAB or the courts.

Infringement Takedown

Patent Trial and Appeals Board
We can defend your patent from invalidation attempts at the PTAB or assist with instituting Inter Partes Reviews (IPRs) to invalidate competitors' faulty patents. We will bring on a highly experienced J.D. primary representative in each of these scenarios.
